OBJECTIVE:

Personal lines agents often don’t hear from claims personnel about the value of broadened coverage until the unfortunate reality of substandard coverage presents itself during the adjustment process. Veteran claims adjuster Nikki Sherrill created this program to help personal lines agents understand policy limitations commonly overlooked and methods to broaden coverage that can save the insured (and agent!) from financial harm.
