OBJECTIVE:

Calling on her years of experience adjusting P&C claims instructor Nikki Sherrill gives insurance professionals an insider’s look at where recent innovations help the industry improve its products, service, and overall customer experience through emerging trends with weather, nuclear verdicts and other risks. Conversely, she’ll discuss ways such innovations are hurting the industry by creating new opportunities for errors and fraud.
